We had a great summer with the children home but I was happy for back to school. The day to day routine is good for us. Waking up at a set time, dinner around the same time daily. I find my days are more productive and enjoyable. With no real schedule during the summer months, we were over tired and lazy!
Back-to-school can be a busy time for both mom and daughter.  With early mornings and a new schedule, it is best to be prepared!  There is no doubt you’ve stocked up on books and binders, but it’s time to make sure you and your daughter are back into the full routine.  Often forgotten, yet so important, is preparing a fail-proof skin care and beauty regimen for those early mornings.  Don’t sweat it though, this season OlayCOVERGIRL and Secret have got you covered!
beauty-routine
A great daily routine for teen girls would be as follows
Wake up to a healthy breakfast. Fuel your day from the start
Shower and moisturize your skin. Cleanse your face with a gentle cleanser
Drink lots of water to stay hydrated
Keep fueled throughout the day on nutritious snacks
Make up is great to show off your natural beauty. so a little goes a long way. with teens, less is more
Sleep- Your body is changing and needs its rest. Get nine hours a night minimum
When my oldest was in high school some days were easier than others. Sticking to a routine is not always easy, but it is a good guideline. The end goal is to have happy healthy children after all! Teen girls on the other hand, they want healthy skin, shiny hair and no body odor 🙂
