Zesty Lemon Loaf Recipe

I find myself craving comfort foods while still dreaming about warmer days. I guess that is part of the ‘winter blues’. Lazy days of summer, sitting out on the deck sipping lemonade and enjoying a tasty treat. It looks like winter is here to stay for a few more weeks so baking something that will fill my summer dreams is going to have to do 🙂 This recipe reminds me of my childhood as my grandma would always make it for me and my sis. Check it out!
