Check out this yummy dish from Dawn over at Addicted to Recipes
I don’t know about you, but for me, it’s the season of comfort food. When it comes to comfort food, there are many that I crave, but this is one is special. There’s a little history with this recipe, it happens to be one of my Mom’s tried and true recipes. I remember my Mom (and Dad) making this when my brother and I were kids, and I remember there never being leftovers. Now that I’m all grown up and married and have my own family, I make this dish for my crew…and still there are never any leftovers. It is a super easy dish to prepare, great for after work when you might be in a rush. Lots of colour to the dish too, which is nice!
I do make mine slightly different than my Mom (she steams the broccoli first, I don’t). Here is the recipe:
Savoury Fish
Will have to try this recipe as it sounds pretty good.
Enjoyed! I did use 2 pounds of flounder and 1 chicken breast for my non fish eating son. The onion mixture was enough for all. Cooked perfectly. Thanks!
