I need to print this out and post it on my fridge. I've always wondered where all the different cuts of beef come from.
This is a good graphic. I want to know when I order a half a beef, why I don't get just plain strip loin???
You see these cuts marked on the packages in the grocery store but it really puts it in perspective when you actually know what part of the animal it comes from. Thanks for this posting!
