Testing out various Wholly Guacamole products and made this yummy salad. Perfect for summer picnics ad BBQs.
Chicken Mango Salad
What you need
- Left over chicken (2 breasts)
- Wholly Guacamole Mango Salsa (1 container)
- Mayo (1/2 cup)
- elbow noodles (macaroni) 2 cups
Directions
- Boil and drain noodles
- Rinse with cold water
- In a bowl pull chicken apart and remove bone
- cut into bite sized pieces
- add noodles, chicken and salsa to a bowl
- Mix with large spoon
- Add mayonnaise
- Stir and refrigerate.
- Serves 6
This salad is so good. A bit spicy and very light and refreshing. Love that I did not need to season.
