Rubbermaid Closet Organizer

Spring cleaning was in full swing here a few weeks back. We moved into our new house in the winter. Over the last few months the kids have been keeping their room pretty messy. Our boys are 13 and 15 and share a room. This means they share a closet. I have been hinting for them to clean their room and the time finally came. We got rid of 4 boxes of clothes in their room alone. Things they outgrew or no longer wanted. Not to mention the broken toys, ripped pant and junk that got tossed.

The areas of their room that drove me nuts were their closet and under their beds. Not sure if they thought I never looked in there. But I did. So I was happy to be also testing out the Rubbermaid Closet Helper, Max Add-On system. This organizer was amazing. My boys assembled it (I gave up entirely on their room) and installed it. No tools needed, everything included. It adjusts to every closet size too.

See the before and after photo below.

Haha you can see I was rushed with the before pic. My kids hated knowing I was going to post it. So I took it fast. We did get rid of lots of junk and thinned out their clothes. But the Rubbermaid Closet Organizer really helped.

More than half of consumers have spent time and money in attempts to organize their closet, often with expensive  consequences and systems that aren’t adaptable to our changing needs.
The new Rubbermaid Closet Helper system makes it easier and more affordable to organize a closet effectively while providing convenient ongoing flexibility in the layout.  The system requires no tools for installation and allows one person to quickly add shelves and an extra hang bar to any existing standard closet.  The system hangs off of the existing shelf and sits against the back wall to make the best use of available space.

Now to tackle the rest of their room and the shed, ugh!

Comments

  1. I need one of these for my clutter bug boyfriend! LOL

  2. This looks so pretty organized……. I need to get Rubbermaid closet organizer for my kids room.

  3. Recently, when I was busy carrying out home renovation, one of my neighbours suggested me to install built-in wardrobe in each bedroom, and my family liked conceptualizing this idea immediately, as it could help to de-clutter the home easily.
