When my children need to burn off some energy I send them outside. They love to run and chase one another. With the humid weather we have been having they have been having water fights and loving it. We also got to try out the Nerf N Strike Elite rough cut 2X4 Blaster. This one is for ages 8+. My thirteen year old seems to be enjoying it the most. The trick is to get him to keep track of his foam darts. I also need to convince him that I am not the only target in the house lol When he and his friends get together though they have a blast.
