Rustic Relaxation #XploreMass

Each of Massachusetts’ unique regions offers opportunities to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life to enjoy beautiful natural surroundings, peace and quiet, and a back-to-nature experience. For those who are looking to take a rustic retreat without “roughing it”, there are plenty of properties around the Commonwealth that offer comfort and luxury while surrounded by farms, forest, or beaches.

Sometimes on vacation it is nice to just relax and experience life in a different way. So if you live in the city, a rustic getaway may be something very different for you. Or like my family who loves the country life, it may feel like home away from home.

We love the sea and any chance we have to spend time near it we do. So for us Cape Cod would be the perfect place to hang our hat for a week or two.

A few things to check out while you visit Cape Cod

Cape Cod Coffee Roasters has been roasting specialty coffee at its plant in Mashpee, MA since 1970. Come tour this facility and buy some Rainforest Alliance certified, delicious coffee beans. Fresh roasted on Cape Cod.

As well as the beach and whale watching and other boating tours.

If you are interested in exploring light houses this is a great location to do that as well .
