• Cayenne pepper (1/8 teaspoon)

• A minced onion

• Minced parsley (2 tablespoons)

• Minced cilantro (2 tablespoons)

• Grated fresh ginger (1 tablespoon)

• 2 minced garlic cloves

• A medium diced russet potato

• Defrosted frozen peas (1/2 cup)

• A beaten egg seasoned with pepper and sea salt


• Sauté your lamb in a nonstick skillet until it loses the pink color. Pour away rendered fat and add the broth, onions, ginger, herbs, spices, potato and garlic. Simmer for about 10 minutes for the potato to cook properly. Stop the heating and pour the contents of the pan on a baking sheet for it to cool for 20 minutes. Stir the seasoned egg until it completes blends.

3. Roasted Beef Tenderloin plus Gorgonzola Cream



• Beef tenderloin roast (4-6 pounds)

• Softened stick butter

• Heavy cream (2 cups)

• Crumbled soft blue cheese (1/4 cup)

• 1 pinch of salt and pepper

• 1 pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

• 1 handful of fresh chopped parsley


• Preheat your oven to temperatures of 4500. Spread the butter all over the tenderloin. Season it heavily with pepper and salt. Place the meat in the roasting pan with the fat side facing up.

• Place it in the oven, reduce the heat to about 3500 degrees, and roast it for about 6 minutes. Check the temperature using the thermometer to avoid overcooking.

• Remove the meat from the oven and cover it with a foil for 15 minutes.

• Boil the cream in a large saucepan. Reduce the heat and simmer it until it becomes thick. Add Parmesan cheese, crumbled blue cheese, pepper, salt, parsley, and nutmeg. Taste the seasoning and serve it immediately.

4. Cranberry Sauce



• 12 ounces cranberry bogs

• Sugar (3 cups)

• 3 peeled and chopped apples

• Cinnamon (3/4 teaspoon)

• Allspice (1/4 teaspoon)

• Cloves (1/4 teaspoon)


• Place the cranberries, apples and sugar in a huge pot covered and put on medium heat. Stir the pot occasionally until it simmers then lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes.

• Turn off your heating and stir with your spices. Cool it to room temperature and then refrigerate it. It will be ready for serving.
