cherry fluff

What you need

  • 2 large cans of cherry pie filling
  • 1 container of cool whip 500 ml
  • 1 small can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can of crushed pineapple 20 oz.

Instructions- Drain juice from crushed pineapple making sure to get out as much as possible. In a large bowl combine Cool whip and condensed milk.  Milk together then add cherry pie filling.  Add in strained crushed pineapple. Mix together, cover and place in fridge for 1 hour Keeps for 3 days in the fridge. Serve as a side salad or dessert.

The Cherry Fluff is light and yummy. I find it not to be too sweet either. The colour of it, makes it great for Christmas but you can serve it any time of year. Looks great when served in a glass bowl.
