Easy Mixed Berry Smoothie
Smoothies are a great way to pack in a lot of nutrition into your day and make for a wonderful breakfast on the go. The problem is they can be a bit of a hassle to prep, especially for those who have kids to round up and get going as part of the daily grind. This recipe is a simple solution to get a smoothie made and ready to go in under 2 minutes!
Ingredients:
1/2 Banana, chopped to fit in blender
3/4 Cup frozen berry mix (Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries and Blueberries)
1 Cup Almond Milk
Directions:
Place all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve in a tall glass or in a travel tumbler to go!

I’ve just started recently doing smoothies so I can get extra nutrients and I’ve like easy recipes as well as more detailed but this is great for the days I’m in a hurry. I bet it’s delicious.
