Valentine’s Day is all about love. Not always just romance. This Valentine’s day celebrate with those you love including your children and have a family dinner. It can be quick and easy and very affordable if done right. My youngest loves Valentine’s day more than anyone I know. She makes us all cards and is doing all kinds for crafts. She wants to bake cookies and cupcakes as well. She has lots of love and it is so fun to see!
Fun ideas for the entire family for Valentine’s Day
- A movie night with a family friendly movie, popcorn and treats
- Family Game night
- Volunteering together and spreading the love
- Decorating the house
- Cooking together
- Instead of Thanksgiving saying what you are thankful for, each person can share why they love each other
My little one also loves to help me cook. As well two of my other children have shown they have a talent when it comes to cooking. So I think creating a family meal will be in our future. I've actually tried all of their products. One of my favourites is the four cheese Manicotti. Its delicious with alfredo sauce and sauteed chicken and mushrooms 🙂
