In case you have been living in a cave, Frozen is the latest animated release from Disney. I have seriously lost count how many times we have watched it. I can sing the songs from the movie in my sleep. I have a fun Frozen themed recipe to share with you today. I hope it gives you some inspiration. Enjoy!
‘Frozen’ White Chocolate Pretzel Sticks
Ingredients
- 20 pretzel rods, any brand
- 12 oz. Wilton white candy melts
- white, blue and silver candy sprinkles
Directions
1. In a microwave safe bowl (I used a large glass measuring cup), microwave the candy melts in 30 second increments stirring often until melted. Remove from microwave and let cool 23 minutes before dipping the pretzel sticks.
2. Dip one pretzel at a time in the chocolate leaving ¼ of it uncovered. I used a large spoon to help cover them. Lay on wax paper or a foil lined sheet and sprinkle with candy sprinkles.
3. Repeat with the other pretzels.
4. Once all pretzels are dipped and sprinkled let them set; about 45 minutes on the counter or 20-30 in the fridge.
*Store in an airtight container for 23 weeks. Makes 10 servings. 2 pretzels = 1 serving.
This fun treat is great for a girls night in , a movie night snack or a party. Or if you are like me, just because 🙂
These look fabulous!! Great photography! My kids loved frozen and they love treats, perfect combination!
Pretzels + candy? I could probably polish off that whole platter! The girls and I loved the movie too – never too old for a good Disney movie.
These are adorable, and sparkly and… did I say adorable… OHHH and yummy sounding!
