Not letting a Cold ruin a fun time #NaturallyAtHome

Last week we were on Spring break here. Or March break if you prefer. It did not really feel like it though. We had no major plans and there is so much snow outside. It really kind of snuck up on us this year. 

We hung out as a family, watch some movies and stayed up way too late. My oldest went to a big competition for Track and Field and we took the kids for dinner one night. It was a fun week. Just not very long. Little one was invited to a friends house for a play date. The email came through asking if she could come over. There would be two other girls there and they were going to do some baking. So much fun! We RSVPed she would go and she was thrilled. At five years old she has no understanding of time and kept asking when she would be going. Seemed like three days took forever . The night before she was to go, she got a sniffly nose. March Break was too short for us. I can not wait for the next break to get some fun family time in. Maybe a three day weekend is in order.
