Three Ways To Save Money On Your Orlando Vacation
Orlando is a primary tourist destination in the Sunshine State, but challenging costs can often derail your vacation plans. If you are organizing your vacation on your own, however, there are many tricks to help you limit your expenses on accommodation, food, and activities.
A classy and budget roof over your head
Don’t fret about accommodation costs. Orlando hotels are both grandiose and budget-friendly; perfect if you’re looking for an exceptional place to stay without breaking the bank. Make sure you pick accommodation close to the main attractions you are after.
Find a hotel which offers a free airport shuttle service – many do, and it’s a considerable money saver! You can also look past traditional hotels and go for a vacation villa. Most such accommodations are favorably located close to attractions and theme parks, and extended rentals (i.e. a week or two) bring major savings. Whichever way you go, Orlando offers a top-notch roof over your head which does not burn a whole in your pocket.
Eat smart and save
Take at least one of your daily meals at an all-you-can-eat establishment. Use that meal to fill up and then save on food during the rest of the day. Avoid food at theme parks: it’s plain and ordinary for twice the money. If you don’t want to deprive yourself of a pleasant restaurant experience, check out the Internet for a great guide to local restaurants which offer vouchers and certificates which can get huge discounts percent on fine dining.
Attractions at attractive prices
Orlando has a lot of sights and activities to offer, and most of them will cost you – but there are ways around that, too! Instead of buying two-day passes to your favorite theme parks, buy annual ones: you will get a lot of additional privileges, complimentary free parking, and snack discounts (but stay away from park food in general, as advised above).
You can still experience Orlando’s glamorous side without going into your piggy bank. Comfort, good food, and fun are all available at a bargain. With these smart and easy tips, you are in for a wonderful Florida vacation!
