Budget for the Prom with the Plan’it Prom App- Win a $50 Visa

Having one child already out of high school, I know all too well how quickly the costs of prom can add up. Now having two other teens in the house, I am happy to have been introduced to the Plan’it Prom app. This app keeps you on track and offers valuable tips to save money.

My oldest was lucky, her birthday was just before the end of the school year. So she requested items for prom for her birthday, or money.  We shopped around for a dress and saved wherever we could other expenses. There was no big expensive party to attend. But she did hang out with friends afterwards. Since she had a job, she covered most of the costs herself. However it was not cheap!

Somehow, I think boys will be just as expensive!

If you have a child or are a student, about to participate in prom, you need to check out the budgeting app Plan’it Prom.

Through out the year, it was not store for young women but they all seem to know to come there for prom dresses. They were some of the best I had seen but were between $100-300. Insane.
