I love sandwiches most because they ave everything you would want in a meal, right there in your hand. No fuss and no mess. Or at least very little! This yummy new book is sure to inspire you to create a delicious sandwich you may never have thought of before. It is also full of many classics we all love. 

English Muffin Pizzas

Makes 2 servings

  • 1 English muffin split
  • 1 tbs pizza sauce
  • 8 slices of pepperoni 
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • Italian seasoning or dried oregano 

Preheat sandwich maker

On each half spread pizza sauce then arrange pepperoni and cover with cheese. Sprinkle on seasoning

Place on bottom and cook for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and brown

    That Waffle sandwich on the cover looks wonderful. I rarely go for themed cookbooks, preferring ones that have a mix of everything, but this one looks good.
