Bingemans BIG Splash water park #ExploreWR #KWAwesome

Located in south western Ontario, Waterloo region to be exact, is one of the funnest places we have been in ages. Bingemans Big Splash water park is home to water slides for all ages.  Their spray and play park, and wave pool are great for all ages. The waves get big so supervision and maybe a life jacket is needed in the pool. Listen for the bell to sound and the waves will increase and decrease.

While playing in this water wonderland you will enjoy tunes on the speakers that liven up the day. There is lots of seating and huge umbrellas for shade. Having my five year old there I was very happy to see lots of life guards on duty and watching everyone closely.

My boys really enjoyed the larger water slides while my daughter hung out at the splash park area.

The cyclone really shook them up and flushed them out of the bottom but was so much fun! The boomerang was a bit scary but their favourite was the pipe. A totally enclosed slide that allows you to slide super fast!

We had a bit of a break as we had lunch at Boston Pizza, then finished off the day with a few more slides. I cannot believe this was our first time visiting Bingemans. Indoors there were arcades, ball pit and a climbing area. You can easily spend a day or more hanging out exploring everything there is to do.

Check out what Bingemans has in store for the Fall ^^^ Their scream park is sure to scare and thrill you.

The onsite Boston pizza was huge equipped with a bowling alley. There is indoor and outdoor eating and lots of yummy meals. The staff was great!

A few starters and a great lunch was just what we needed to keep fueled for the rest of the day!

  1. I took my sister to Bingemans years ago when I lived in Guelph. Now that I have my own kids I should really make a trip back, I bet they would have a blast.

We used to go every single years as kids even before they had watersides. Happy memories of Bingemans for sure. So that purple waterside wasn't there when I took my kids maybe three years ago now. I love the look of that sucker. We would be all over that!!!

I've never been to Bingemans, but it looks like a lot of fun… and it's fairly local, so it's not gonna cost me an arm and a leg to travel to it and stay overnight. It's a bit pricey, but I'll keep an eye out for coupons. 🙂

  5. My husband has fond memories of visiting Bingeman's as a kid, and has been mentioning it to me for years. Your post makes it look awesome. Personally I don't like waterslides, and my kids don't have the swimming skills to ride one yet, but the splash pad looks awesome and the wave pool sounds like fun. I doubt we will make it by Sept.1st but this is on our list for next year for sure.

  6. I've never heard of Bingeman's before, but it looks like such a great place to have fun with the family! I also can't remember the last time I've been to a waterpark… Will admit, I totally want to try one of those grape slushies myself, heh. 😀 And that's a neat concept for ticketing by the person's height!
