Love to make sandwiches for lunch but hate the extra calories of bread? Craving a mid-afternoon snack that’s both deliciously satisfying and heart healthy?

Never feel guilty again – introducing Ozery Bakery and its low-fat, vegan Morning Rounds & Snacking Rounds!

These fruit and grain buns taste awesome toasted with peanut butter, cream cheese or other topping spreads. They can easily substitute white bread, bagels, pastries, and more. Available in several varieties – Muesli, Apple Cinnamon, Cranberry Orange, and Date & Chia – Ozery’s Rounds are free of artificial preservatives and contain lots of beneficial fiber, iron, calcium, Vitamin B, antioxidants, and folic acid.

Breakfast is the one meal we really need to change thing sup here! How often can we eat bacon or cereal before feeling the repetitive nature of routine and missing variety? My family was pleased to change things up with the Ozery Morning Rounds. They fit perfectly in the toaster and are a great size for sandwiches. The Snacking rounds are great for playdates, road trips and after school snacks.

Morning Rounds

Morning Rounds, the fruit and grain bun that will make you want to ditch those unhealthy doughnuts, muffins and pastries. Made with pieces of real apples, whole oats and seeds. With Morning Rounds, breakfast and snacks are a no-brainer—the hardest part is choosing one out of our four delicious flavors.

Morning Rounds are crafted with care in small batches, and contain absolutely nothing artificial. Find these full sized rounds in Apple Cinnamon, Cranberry Orange, Date and Chia and Muesli. Each package includes 6 pitas.

I toasted the snacking rounds on a grill one day as an after school snack. Another day we had them with cream cheese on them. These bite size snacks are full of flavour.

These packages of rounds sell for $5 a pack. They are heart healthy as they are low fat, source of fiber containing nothing artificial. These are the perfect on the go snack as well. Having two teens in high school I am often chasing them out the door with breakfast. These have really been a lifesaver. Each pita contains chucks of fruit or grain that is so great tasting it is hard to believe it is good for you.
