Gladiators of Rome is a full length animated feature that tells of an unlikely hero during the golden age of the Roman Empire. Timo is the main character and he is according to my son a “slacker”. He doesn’t really want to be a gladiator until he falls for Lucilla. You get to follow along on Timo’s adventures and a very unlikely band of sidekicks as Timo tries to become the gladiator that Lucilla would be proud of.
This movie is perfect for kids aged 4-6 as they will enjoy the silliness and humour of this film. You can look for it on shelves February 17, 2015.
