Not too late to stick to your New Year’s Resolutions

We may be beginning March, but it is never too late to get started on  new healthy lifestyle! Just because New Years has come and gone does not mean it is time to give up on our goals and can any resolutions we may not have stuck to or made. And in reality, any day is a good day to start a new goal!

The New Year’s countdown might feel like it was ages ago, but that’s no excuse to step away from your goals and give up on your mission to bigger and better things! Continue to make this the year you overcome challenges, achieve the unexpected and build new relationships or even rehash old ones.

Keep the spirit of new beginnings to improve your day-to-day habits. To help keep yourself on track, here’s an extra push to make the difference!

It only takes a few small changes to set the right path for you and your loved ones – that’s especially true for your health and well-being. It doesn’t require signing up for extreme fitness classes or devoting yourself to an all-liquid diet. Go for a walk or bike for those shorter commutes, add a veggie dish for every meal and take care of your body.

    My Healthy Goal for 2015 is to eat less salt! More leafy greens and take care of myself!:-)

    My goal was to walk outside every day, but it's been too cold….brrrr! I have postponed my resolution for now but will still try to do that when it warms up.

    My goal this year is to eat healthier and more organic. So far, I'm doing pretty well.

  27. I've stuck to getting more exercise, but I would like to up my game and get MORE than what I am actually getting. I was getting so very little last year, focusing on my baby instead, that getting "more" wasn't really that hard to achieve this year. I think I should have been more specific with my goal and set a quantity based measurement…

    I don't do resolutions, but always have goals. The goal is cut as much sugar and carbs as possible. So I always strive.

    I'm happy to report that I have been sticking to my New Year's resolution to be more active and eat healthier. I try to log at least 12,000 steps a day.
