I have been walking a lot more lately. I enjoy it because I can go at a comfortable pace and do it when my schedule allows. The fresh air and comfortable temperatures we have been having make it eve more enjoyable. One thing I was noticing though, was my feet would ache later on after walking. I asked my Dr and he told me to get new shoes. Make sure they had support and a comfortable sole.
When my new trainers arrived from New balance I knew right away these would do the trick! Just looking at them I could see the Heel Pillow, comfort Insert would give my feet the cushioning they needed. Comfy shoes with support allows for longer walks. These shoes were also super cute! The light colours made it easy to match up to anything I was choosing to wear.

I found these, similar to many trainers, to be a narrow fit. My feet are a bit wide so I could have used one size larger. Like I mentioned above they look great and are very comfortable. I also like that they have a flex when I step allowing my foot to give as needed. These are the perfect walking shoe for anyone who is looking to walk daily.

I have a pair of sneakers that I don't use very often. I took an exercise class recently and they mentioned that sneaks don't last forever. If they break down, they are no longer supporting your feet. I tried to remember when I bought them – lost in the mists of time. Obviously I need a new pair. Thanks for the review; I don't think I've ever worn New Balance.
