My Favourite Canadian Family Travel Blogs

As you can tell from my previous list , 25 Canadian mom bloggers you should follow I like to follow many blogs. My biggest passion though is family travel. Canada has no shortage of family travel blogs either. Canadians love to escape the cold winter climates and get out and enjoy life. Below are some of my faves. As you can tell many of them post a variety of topics as they are mutli tasking women, but you should be able to find a travel tab to see their  latest adventures.

Traveling with twins is sure to be fun no matter where one goes. I love following along on this blogs family travel both local and afar. The adorable pics of her boys always puts a smile on my face. This busy mom always covers the best attractions and hotels along with tips and fun ideas. Of course like ll the bloggers here she has more to share but the travel is what I love best.

This Lil Piglet

When bloggers have children of different ages like I do, I always like to follow along. Lately I have been following the adventures of This Lil Piglet as her family has been doing some real fun stuff. I have been a fan for years of her recipes and DIY posts, but her family travel has been getting me to want to take a vacation more and more. If you are traveling with a young child, be sure to check out her recent post on Tips for Flying with an Infant

You can find Cheryl writing in various places but this traveling mom can always be found on her blog. Looking for local Toronto attractions and events? This is the place to look.  You can also find posts on Disney and other family friendly destinations there.

Julie posts a lot of different stuff on her blog like inspirations and recipes, health and reviews. But my favourite thing to read on her blog is her family travel posts. Shannon’s travel posts first caught my eye when she was in Greece. She posts a lot of family and local travel as well as talks about her adventures across Canada. I look forward to what she has in store.

I had the pleasure of being ion DC on a road trip with this fun blogger. It was quite the adventure for both of us. I enjoy reading her family travel updates especially her latest Mexican getaway.

Mommy Kat and Kids

I have yet to see a vacation pic where Kat is not smiling. Her contagious smile makes me want to hop on a plane and go soemwhere warm. Check out her family travel posts and see what I mean. “she can usually be found exploring the Saskatchewan wilderness with her boys or enjoying a glass of wine and some great conversation with family and friends.”

This blog makes me want to take up skiing until I realize I need to get out int he snow. But her pics are always fun and the family adventures are enjoyable to follow. I especially love seeing their RV road trips.

Lately I have been following along with her local British Columbia travels and it makes me want to visit BC again. I just love the West Coast!

At first glance you may think this blog is all about the food, but trust me there is travel there. You will also find East Coast living and events.

Another blogger I have followed for years. I enjoy their local (Edmonton) adventures as well as their family getaways.

    I love reading about other people's experiences. I obtain some great tips and money saving ideas when travelling. A vacation can suck you dry financially, but when everyone is on board to save and get the best bang for the buck…I'm there.
