Life is not easy and anyone who tells you differently is not being truthful!
As we get older we learn to adjust and roll with the punches. We learn what works best for us and how to make the most out of every situation. We figure out how to best use our time and where to take short cuts. We also learn how simple little life hacks can make our lives so much more easier.
Every time I see a new hack posted online I think to myself “Brilliant! Why didn’t I think of that?” I am certain you have thought the same before.
What is a life hack?
a strategy or technique adopted in order to manage one’s time and daily activities in a more efficient way.
Did you know you can clean your keyboard with the sticky end of a memo note?
What about buttons? If you place a little clear nail polish over the thread on the button, it will never fall off. Saves so much time finding a matching button if you were to get it lost. Way too often I have had to set my favourite shirt aside as I lost a button and could not replace it.
When I was nursing my babies, many years ago, I was not a fan of breast pads. Honestly, they did not work all that great until after a routine was established. Another mom told me to try panty liners instead as they were meant to be absorbent and were super thin. Plus the sticky side would hold them in place in my bra without them falling out. This was one of those times I thought “Brilliant! Why didn’t I think of that?” If you never tried this, you should!
A few simple changes that makes life so much easier. Saves time and money!

These are some great tips! Though when I'm reading "life hack" lists, I tend to be divided over whether it's a good idea or something I'd never do because I don't have that thing in the house anyway. 🙂 Should be a fun Twitter party either way! I love to read about great life hacks; they really can make things so much easier. This is not a true hack, but when I was a kid I took one of my mom's liners and used it to make rugs in my barbie's house! LOL, they worked like a charm 🙂
