Minions are all the craze these days! Everywhere we go we see them and my kids love them! These fun little guys took the spotlight in both Despicable Me movies and now have their own big screen movie. They are hilarious and super fun to watch! I am excited to share with you all this fun recipe that makes everyone smile. Perfect for a party or a just because snack! 
Minion Pretzel Rod recipe
INGREDIENTS
- Pretzel Rods (I used Snyders)
- Wilton white chocolate melting chips
- Wilton candy eyes – small size
- 1/4 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- Blue and yellow sprinkles
DIRECTIONS
1. Using a microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate candy melts in the microwave for 50 seconds. Stir and let cool for 1 minute.
2. Coat the pretzel rods with the melted chocolate about half way down the pretzel.
3. Before the white chocolate sets, decorate with yellow and blue sprinkles, crushed Oreos and candy eyes.
4. Allow pretzel rods to dry/set completely in an upright position in a glass or jar – about 20 minutes.
5. ENJOY!!
