Winter Refresh Giveaway for your Family (Canada)

There are so many things to do around the holiday season – whether you’re planning for a winter getaway, attending events or preparing for family reunions. We all just changed our clocks and many the batteries in our smoke detectors. But there is so much more we should be remembering to do. Preparing our homes, cars and family for winter and the holiday season is very time consuming. Many small things get overlooked.

Like changing your toothbrushes. Keeping your mouth clean and healthy is key to good health.

teeth

I replace ours every season and after anyone has been ill. So it was just time to replace ours. Winter on its way, Halloween over and the reminder of the time change. Only problem is I sometimes forget to get the same colour toothbrushes and everyone gets confused on who has what colour LOL The kids get creative and mark theirs with a Sharpie or hide it so others do not mistakenly use theirs. A few days and we will be all set.

I just love using a new toothbrush though! It feels great and it is important to change them every 3-4 months.

Replace your toothbrush about every 3 to 4 months, or when it shows signs of wear. “Frayed bristles will not clean the teeth and gums adequately,” Cooper says. Toss toothbrushes after illness. Throw away a brush you or anyone in your home used while sick.

We all want to stay as healthy as possible throughout the winter season. A little help goes a long way. I am excited to share with you all this Winter Refresh giveaway for your family.
