Give the Gift of Sport this holiday season with Sport Chek #GiftOfSport

My teen boys are really into sports! You name the sport and one of them is either playing it or watching it. Their love of all things sports has been something that has grown with them since they were very young. When I am waking up at 5 AM to take one to a game or having to dedicate my entire weekend to a tournament, I remember all the good things that come along with the love of sports. Teamwork, goal setting, leadership skills and dedication are just a few things my children have learned from their clubs and teams over the years. They are good kids, they get good grades and have never caused me any headaches. I thank athletics for this for keeping them so busy. I never ever complain, I just go with the flow and make sure I can grab a coffee on the way!

When it comes to getting a gift for my teen boys it is usually pretty easy. They love sports equipment, athletic apparel and anything sports related. They have so many favourite teams the possibilities never end. This year I am excited to give them the gift of sports thanks to Sport Chek.

Sport Chek is all about Giving the Gift of Sport: giving family and friends the ability to connect with one another and revel in all of what Canada has to offer through the lens of Sport. With the latest and most innovative products from the leading athletic brands, Sport Chek is the destination for those on your holiday list who aspire to their better.
This holiday season when you are looking to add an Ugly sweater to your shopping list, check out what Sport Chek has to offer. They have hoodies, cardigans, V necks, vests  and Patch work styles for him and her with teams colours and logos from hockey and basketball. They also have fun collectibles that make great gifts and stocking stuffers for the sports enthusiasts on your list.
A few things I like about shopping at Sport Check during the holidays are, they have product available in-store and online. You can collect rewards towards your Scene cards and their sizing is great for tall kids like mine. Since they outfit athletes my boys who wear tall sizes can always get the fit they need. Plus the quality is amazing!

The bright colours and fun patterns make these sweaters a lot of fun to wear and give!

Disclosure-This post has been brought to you by Sport Chek, all opinions are my own

  1. Fan apparel is one of my go-to gifts because I have a lot of sports fans in my family. I can’t wait to go check out Sportschek later this week! It looks like they have a lot of great stuff!

  2. This brings back memories of playing sports with my brothers… we never played organized sports, but we played hockey, baseball and sometimes soccer with each other. Now my brothers are both into snowboarding (my fault!!!!). I keep thinking it’d be fun to get my twin a GoPro camera… although probably watching any video he took would scare the rest of us out of our chairs!!! 🙂 Thanks for sharing.

  3. I have to check out Sport Check! I have my eye on that GoPro! That “ugly sweater” is pretty nice actually, Hubs needs one for work!

  4. We always have sports related gifts! That foam roller would come in handy… my youngest is a Flames fan so I will looking for anything with the Flames logo on it

  5. I usually end up giving sporty gifts each year, as there are major hockey fans and players in the fam, lol. Just last year we picked up a FitBit from sportschek! 🙂 Not sure what I’m planning for those gifts this year, but that foam roller sounds awesome.

  6. Love those ideas for holiday gifts. We have a lot of sports fans on our list!

  7. Both of my kids playede competitive sports so I her you when you talk about the 5am practices! Not only would both my kids love all of the great gear from SportChek I have been wanting a FitBit since I first heard of them and that FitBit Surge is a beauty!

  8. I get gift cards from SportChek every year for my brother and SIL’s boyfriend. I wish someone would get that FitBit for me! 🙂

  9. We love to shop at Sport Chek and will be heading there after the holidays to pick up soccer cleats for my son! He is starting winter play in January and needs new ones!
