Vanilla Pudding Rolls

Looking for a tasty treat to share with your loved ones on Valentine’s Day? These Vanilla Pudding rolls are perfect for sharing with the ones you love most. Great for breakfast, brunch or just a snack these pudding filled pastries will surely be loved by all.
We do not do much for Valentine’s Day, it is more of a family day for us. A family breakfast filled with lots of options for food and some laughs.

Vanilla Pudding Rolls

What you need
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 can Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Rolls**
  • 8 tsp instant vanilla pudding*
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Unroll crescent roll dough and separate the triangles at the perforations. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Add 1 tsp of vanilla pudding in the middle of the widest edge of each triangle.
Roll up crescent roll dough starting at the widest edge. Tuck in any loose dough.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Carefully place on a cooling rack. Sprinkle each roll with icing sugar. Serve warm.
Makes 8 servings.
Notes: You can substitute other flavours of pudding if vanilla isn’t your preference.
*Save time and use the vanilla pudding snack cups you buy for school lunches. Only one was needed for this recipe.
