Get your Asthma under Control & Live your Life #30SecondAsthmaTest

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of a Canadian leading research based pharmaceutical company. All opinions are 100% mine.

After taking the 30 Second Asthma Test a couple weeks back , I have been paying close attention to myself. I am finding I am more aware of any changes in my breathing and am now waiting on an appointment to meet with my doctor to discuss. Having lived with asthma for most of my life it would be nice to have it completely under control, especially with summer here and us being outdoors more.

If you have not yet, head over and take the 30 Second Asthma Test for yourself. The test is easy and will help you better understand your symptoms while allowing you to open the conversation with your doctor.

Asthma is a fairly common health condition for many people. At times it is hard to fully understand the symptoms and what these symptoms mean in terms of level of asthma control. Asthmatics tend to overestimate the level of asthma control that they experience and downplay the level of their symptoms. Breathing better than your worst day is a good day for many.

Did you know that in a recent study, 92% of asthma sufferers believed their asthma was controlled? In reality 46% did not meet experts’ standards for asthma control. Often they hesitate to seek help from their healthcare professionals as they tend to accept these bothersome symptoms as a part of aging or other conditions and may not be aware that poor asthma control can be modified. Not being able to breath is stressful, we all need asthma relief! Take the test now if you have not. The Asthma test is geared towards adults (18+)

It will be great to have this under control and live our lives to the fullest!

Are your symptoms under control? Did you take the test?
