They will hydrate and moisturize your skin, as well as acting as a bronzer or foundation.

It can be hard when you have little children, as you can constantly feel drained of energy. If you are eating the wrong types of food, it can make you feel like you have less energy. A balanced diet has never been more important. Avoid foods that are too sugar-laden or full of carbohydrates. These can give you a bit of an artificial energy boost. Then you will get an energy slump, as it affects your blood sugar so much. You want to eat foods that will keep your blood sugar fairly regular. Lots of protein and low-sugar foods would be better.

Plan Your Time

The main message is that you need to plan time for yourself. As moms, we will rarely do this. But it isn’t selfish to schedule in a little time for yourself. It could be when your partner is home, or another family member can take care of the kids. It might just be when the kids are in bed. Just remember to schedule it in and make sure that it happens. Do something that you used to love, like baking, running or crafts, for example.
