Kids Stay Healthy with Crystal Clean from the sea Omega 3 (giveaway CAN)

Back to school is here and every year I worry about the same thing, germs!

It happens when the kids stat int he Fall, after Christmas break and after Spring break, Germ overload!

Over the years my kids seem to bring home some sort of cold and or flu bug just days after starting school. I am fortunate enough to work from home so when they get sick I keep them home. But not all parents have this luxury. So they send them to school and the other kids also get sick. Nobody likes being sick and it takes so much time away from school and life in general.

I do what I can to help build up their immune system and make them strong so they can fight off these germs. Lots of vitamin filled fruits like oranges are being offered in our home these days. Sometimes we need more than our daily intake of healthy foods to fight off potential germs.

This year we are trying out the Crystal Clean from the sea Omega 3 as part of our Back to School routine.

Omega-3 essential fatty acids help keep cell membranes flexible and functional, supporting cardiovascular and cognitive health throughout life. DHA is especially important for the development of the eyes, brain, and nerves in children, and may support learning ability, cognition, and emotional well-being in children and adults.

Webber Naturals new Omega 3 comes in three great flavours – Lemon Cake, Grapefruit and Coconut Lime. This product has been created by using the freshest, highest quality fish oil in triglyceride form. Unlike unstable ethyl ester liquid forms of omega-3, liquid triglyceride fish oil has superior stability and is readily absorbed, helping to reduce any potential fishy aftertaste.
