Reese Spreads Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge Recipe #DoYouSpoon

For my family, Fall means 2 things, Back to school and comfort foods. Comfort foods are those yummy foods that fill you up and bring back great memories. Since my grandmother was such a great cook, comfort foods often mean desserts for me. I have always had a sweet tooth and love anything that is chocolate. When we travel I am the one sampling the local fudge and wishing I could make it at home for my family. For some reason I always thought it was so difficult and never tried to make it for myself, until recently.

Have you had the opportunity to try the Reese Peanut Butter Chocolate spread yet? My boys love it so much I had to hide it from them. They spoon it out of the jar like it is nothing! I admit it is super tasty, but they will wipe it all out before the rest of us have a chance to enjoy it. It is available in-store, we bought some recently at Walmart, but they are teen boys. They know know limits when it comes to what they love. Seeing this yummy spread and my love of fudge, I decided to try and make some Reese Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge for the family.

Reese Fudge

This ooey gooey recipe was a huge hit here and it turned out beautifully.  This treat had the entire family asking for more. This yummy treat is the perfect Fall comfort food and I can not wait to try it again.

The squares were a thick generous size and this recipe can be cut in half. Having a big family I double up on most things when I cook. I plan on making some more for after school snacks and to add to our holiday treat collection this year.
