Date nights are a lot of fun, but sometimes parents can’t find a sitter or the kids come down with a little cold and well, bye-bye night out on the town. However, there is now a way that parents can have fun with their own date night at home. It is as simple as eventually getting the children to sleep and having a delicious meal with a glass or two of wine.
While that does sound nice and romantic, many people are probably wondering where the fun, excitement, and entertainment is. After all, that is why many parents go out on the town, right? Well, Lottoland has created a way for parents to play the U.S. lotto right from their own home and there is nothing more exciting than the possibility of winning millions of dollars! The two games that people can currently play from home are the Powerball and the MegaMillions.
A person simply needs to pull up the Lottoland website, click on the numbers that they want to choose, and pay for their entry ticket. That can all be done before dinner is served or while enjoying a nightcap after the meal. It can even be done prior to the night of the drawing and the drawing itself can be part of the whole date night at home experience!
The Powerball is drawn every Wednesday and Saturday, while the MegaMillions is drawn every Tuesday and Friday. Fridays and Saturdays are the biggest date night evenings, so those are the drawings that many people will be wanting to watch, however, if the jackpot gets large enough, almost everyone will want to have a weeknight date!
A great example of an entertaining date night at home would be:
- Get the children snuggled up in bed
- Prepare a delicious meal with your spouse in the kitchen (or order take-out if it’s been a very long week)
- Open a bottle of wine
- Drink a glass of wine while ensuring that you have chosen your numbers for the big drawing
- Eat your meal
- Watch a movie while waiting for the drawing to take place
- See the results of the big drawing and see if you won!
Of course, that is just an example. People can also forgo the entire date night and invite some friends over for a big party with their kids, because that can be just as much fun! Imagine a table filled with food and drinks, and people laughing while playing family friendly games like Scattergories or Apples to Apples. All while the parents are waiting to see if they win big!
The possibilities are endless when it comes to having fun and Lottoland can only enhance that experience, especially if a person wins a lot of money!
If I won, my children would be set for school. Our home would be paid off and we would be headed to England to visit family and explore. I know money does not buy happiness, but it should would take a lot of stress out of our lives!

This is a nice way to get involved in your favorite lotteries from home. Sometimes it’s just more convenient to do these things online! Watching the results together could be fun!
I would pay off all my debt, help my family, and then invest the rest. I know. I’m soooo boring.
The first thing I would do is treat my wife to a nice date night like this. After that, who knows? I like to keep my options open. LOL
I would buy a new house with a pool. We’ve wanted one for years. I would also put most of it away to pay for college.
If I ever won the lottery I would pay off all debt, help out my family and go on a long needed vacation. Maybe a trip around the world to all of the places I have always wanted to visit.
If I ever won the lottery the first thing I would do is buy a house or condo, so no more high Southern California rent prices. Then I would make sure that the people that mean the most of me have what they need, like my dear friend who desperately needs a reliable car.
Wouldn’t it be awesome to win a big prize like millions?! If I won, I would love to buy a huge piece of property so all my kids would be able to build homes on.

My mom is really big on playing the lottery. I am not much of a gambler, but if I played and won I would make sure my family was set.
I would love to play the lottery. I used to week after week, but I have gotten out of it. It’s hard to win if you don’t play!
I have an “if I ever win the lottery” list and I keep adding to it. The first thing I would is to establish a trust fund for each of my children, and then travel EVERYWHERE since I can’t take any of the money with me after I’m gone.
Oh my gosh, what would I spend the money on? Hmmm. I’d start with giving some to charity. Then I’d plan a big vacation for my whole extended family.
Travel. For me it would definitely be travel. I’d go everywhere on my bucket list.

I would use the winnings to go to a downpayment for our own place. We are currently living with the inlaws and its getting harder and harder for us to be there.

If I were fortunate enough to win the lottery, the first thing I would do is faint. Seriously, who wouldn’t? Anyway, if I did win, I would pay off all by debt, buy a house in the quiet suburbs, buy medical insurance for the entire family, help out my mom and siblings, donate to charity, and invest the rest so we can live comfortably until way after retirement.
Today you can do everything online. Buy lottery tickets and gamble in online casinos. I gamble online instead of going to the local casino and I can say it’s a lot of fun and a nice way to spend an evening.
