Festive Hugs Pretzels Recipe

I have told you all many times about how picky my children are when it comes to food. especially my youngest daughter. The one thing she does seem to love is pretzels and will eat them all day long if I let her. So I was extremely happy to find this yummy Festive Hugs Pretzels Recipe to make this holiday season. These tasty little treats are fun for snacking, school parties  and any gathering you may be hosting.

It is never a bad time for a hug!

Festive Hugs Pretzels Recipe

Makes about 60 candies.
Ingredients:
12 oz bag of Hershey’s Hugs
60 Square Snap Pretzels
11 oz bag of red and green M&Ms
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. Lay a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Lay out your pretzels in a single layer. Then, top each pretzel with a Hershey’s Hug. Bake in the 200 degree oven for about 4 minutes. The kisses will still have their shape but they’ll be just on the edge of melting. As soon as you remove them from the oven, place an M&M in the center of each candy, and push it down to spread out the hug. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes-1 hour and enjoy!
You can easily change up the hugs to kisses if you would prefer a solid milk chocolate center. I am going to make a variety of them and see what everyone enjoys the most. I think the variety will look really fun in a bowl together as well. No doubt they will taste amazing! The perfect combo of salty and sweet.
Do you make treats for the holidays? Do you think your family and guests would like this salty sweet treat?
