When it comes to eating, my biggest thing is snacking. I love to snack and have something I can eat while relaxing at home or on the go. When I started paying more attention to what I was eating, I started paying attention to what my family was eating too. I started changing my shopping habits and reading labels when I shopped. My way of thinking is if I do not bring the bad foods into the house, the kids will not have access so easily to them. In turn, they will make better choices and I can feel good about what they are eating.
One of my favourite things to have in the house for snacking is SPOKES. No matter when the urge to snacking strikes, I can feel good about the options in my home thanks to SPOKES.
