Keep Your Gut Healthy with Ultimate Flora Probiotic Critical Care 50 Billion

It is funny how we become more aware of our body and our health as we get older. I do not have many regrets in life, but often do wish I had started taking care of myself earlier. Being active, watching what I eat and drink along with monitoring my stress and avoiding it when possible, are a few things that come to mind. But like they say, better late than never. So now I am trying to take care of my gut health and learning lots along the way!

There is a long list of benefits associated with probiotics, from boosting immunity to aiding digestion, and now there is new research that shows a strong link between taking probiotics, and glowing skin and maintaining a healthy weight.

Certain foods will help you maintain good gut health, but it is not always easy to eat what you need. The best foods to eat for tummy health are; Bananas, Polenta, Broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables (kale, cabbage, and cauliflower), Beans, Broccoli, to name a few. I have a hard time getting my children to eat many of these foods. And myself, well, every time I do eat them, I am dreaming all night for some reason.

Luckily Renew Life is here to help.

Renew Life has just launched a new traveller’s probiotic that is shelf stable, and doesn’t need to be refrigerated. If you aren’t familiar with the brand, Renew Life is the leader in digestive health care, with a roster of products (from Fiber to Cleanses and Probiotics) aimed at helping optimize gut health.

With summer here, many are traveling more and not home. Camping, RVing and visiting family all around the world makes it a bit harder to take care of yourself and your gut health. The Ultimate Flora Critical Care is travel friendly with capsules that do not need to be refrigerated.

Ultimate Flora Critical Care’s blend of 50 Billion active cultures from 10 different strains in a ‘once a day’ serving helps ensure a healthy microbacterial environment in the intestinal tract.

The term ‘probiotic’ means supporting life. Probiotics are friendly, beneficial bacteria. These bacteria (as well as others) are normal inhabitants of the large and small intestines and are a very important part of a healthy digestive system. There are over 500 types of bacteria in the digestive system; the two most prevalent are Lactobacilli and Bifidobacterium. Bifidobacterium are the most prevalent bacteria in the large intestine and Lactobacilli are the most prevalent in the small intestine.

Ultimate Flora Critical Care contains therapeutic levels of both Lactobacilli and Bifidobacterium, making it the most complete and effective probiotic supplement on the market. Each capsule provides 50 Billion active cultures from 10 different strains in a ‘once a day’ serving (30 billion active cultures of Bifidobacterium and 20 billion active cultures of Lactobacilli and Lactococcus). Ultimate Flora Critical Care also contains FOS (fructooligosaccharides), which is an optimal food source for probiotics. FOS aids in the colonization of probiotics in the intestinal tract.

Ultimate Flora Critical Care uses a unique, water based enteric coating that protects the probiotics against being destroyed in the acidic environment of the stomach, yet still allows for the probiotics to populate in the intestinal tract. Ultimate Flora Critical Care contains no starches, fillers, or excipients – making it the cleanest product available.

  1. Love that the Renew Life Ultimate Flora Probiotic is shelf stable, so convenient! I didn’t realize that new research shows a strong link between taking probiotics and maintaining a healthy weight. I need to start doing this!

  2. This seems like it’s great for travel too. I am going to have to look into it!

  3. I am currently taking this probiotic also. I have been on and off various probiotics for probably a couple of decades anyways. I am old enough to remember when it had to be kept in the fridge and taken that way. LOVE how much more convenient this product is. I feel like it makes an impact on my gut health.

‘once a day’ is what I like and the fact that it doesn’t have to be kept in the fridge.

This is new to me. I am really impressed with its claims. I wonder where I may buy it. I will check into it on the internet. Thank you for introducing this probiotic to us.
